(In)Famous shinobi.

Introduction :
This thread shows and lets you know about several shinobi who have gained a kind of status. Either one that inflicts fear, despair, anger or hatred among other nin. The ones listes usually have done an achievement that caused them to become known, thus become listed in the Bingo Book. This doesn't mean that they have a ransom on their head, but are sometimes people to watch out. People that are regarded as a threat or highly dangerous.

Only however, Jounin and ANBU ranked have a bingo book. Lower ranked don't usually have access to the Bingo Book.

How it works?
Simple. When a shinobi has achieved something, their deeds sometimes can travel around. This causes them to gain some fame and glory. Though keep in mind that it works like a double edged blade. You may be able to kill a high ranked nin of another village and you may get feared for it, but also hated. While you can use this to instill fear into the hearts of your enemy, beware that they mostly also know a thing or two. Depending on what the Bingo Book has listed on you.

To climb in the 'ranks' of the Bingo Book, one needs to do achievements. What those are? Depends. Whether you killed a high ranked nin of another village, managed to defeat something or what ever that gained you fame can get you something as an achievement.

Keep in mind that this however just a sub-thing. It may effect the IC, but its not areason to try to kill another player(s) character. Its just something to give a bit of depth to the Roleplay!

List of (NPC) Missing Nin

Short :
For those who wish to hunt after a missing nin, in order to reap a reward (that is decided by the Kage of the village) and gain also experience with it. For each village there are some lists of NPC's that can be hunted down.

Rules/How does it work?
Simple, you can look and read through the list of NPC's you can seek out and fight. That isn't the first step however. As there are some strong and also weak NPC's, you need to be at least Chuunin ranked or having your sensei leading your team on that mission. It will be weird if a normal Chuunin (there are some who have likely permission) heads out to hunt down missing nin, as normally only jounin and ANBU ranked people have the bingo book.

Again, there are some PC's that could go on such missions while being a chuunin. That is likely due their experience, fighting capabilities or because of the trust and respect a Kage has for that chuunin(s). Still, don't go overboard with it.

Also, keep in mind that these missions are against opponents that really try to win. They won't back down and though the rule of that you decide if your character dies or not, the chance on grim wounds are more than possible. They can happen as its a real fight. If you lose a fight and don't want to die, then simply say reinforcements drove the missing nin away. Then you are also unable to go after the Missing Nin until somebody else had tried it.

The person that controls the NPC is often a GM, so you need to ask if one wants to control a NPC. But more then often we are willing to let you fight a NPC yourself. Just as long you keep it reasonable and within the 'logic'. Such as that your chuunin or less experienced character easily beats the hell out of a S ranked missing nin. There have to be reasons and such, so don't go ahead with things if you're uncertain. Ask them first.

A jounin that comes from the Snow Country. After Kumogakure has managed to vassalise the country peacefully, almost nobody kind of complained or resisted against it. Sora however believed that it would be the end of their own culture and way of living, thus deciding to convince some other shinobi and trying to build a base of resistance. He is known for being able to manipulate snow and good in taijutsu as well sealing techniques.
