If there are any questions, it's advised to approach a GM or else try to post a question in the Suggestion/Question board.

Even as a NPC, do keep in mind that they shouldn't be OP or what so ever. They don't need a too detailed or rich personality or history, but like a normal CS, the more the better. It is also need to be known that most NPC's shouldn't also be too strong. They have a purpose of being there for character development, so keep this in mind.

Also, there is a kind of unwritten law for NPC's and that is that 90% of the NPC's die. Tough luck, but sadly it seems it like that as most NPC's don't have that much plot armor. They are NPC's after all.
