You will need to make a thread where you will have to post the CS's of your NPC's for a review. A GM will then review/discuss it there with you. Once accepted you can post them in the designated village they are part of. If a NPC isn't member of a village, don't worry. He/She will be put in the rogue section of the NPC roster.
Please do note that while a sheet isn't required for every NPC, it is for those who also have battle abilities or will develop them during the course of the story. (Of course, you are allowed to make sheets for ALL your NPC's, we are not stopping you). Are you not sure if your NPC is in need of a sheet, please ask one of the GM's. Any other questions can of course also be send to them.
