Important Places in the world. This thread is about places that are designed by the players, that are in the world of New Generations. These places are either important to some plot, characters or for other uses. Keep in mind that those who create these places are also in kind of control of them. Don't simply just barge into them or what so ever, as they are still some kind of work of the players who designed these places. In a way, these places are much like NPC's. To create a place, simply fill in the underlying sheet and post it for a review in this thread. Name: (Name of the place) Location: (Where is the location? Mind to give a good description of where the place is or how it can be found.) Appearance : (Give an idea of what the place looks like.) Description: (What is the history and such of the place? Every kind of information is welcome about the place)

Name: Kensuke's House Location: In the living quarters of Konohagakure, not so far from the mercantile quarters. Appearance : An average house in Konohagakure. Not a flat, but a single house. Description: It has a long and grim history including several total cases of obliteration and destruction. Usually it is destroyed by the doing of fellow Konoha shinobi, but once in a while a tailed beast wipes it from existance too. It's Kensuke's private home, and as a result it attracts crystal shards the size of whales.

Name:Maiden's Rest Location:High up in the northern mountain range of the Country of Lightning Appearance :Description:This peaceful and beautiful place is a rather quiet location. It seems that many either don't know about it or want to visit it. The 'regular' visitors are members of the Sato clan that sometimes visit the place to take a rest and to let their sheep graze on the fields. A member of the Sato clan about Maidens Rest : ''But my favorite place must be up north. I doubt you have been there. There is nothing of real value hidden there besides beauty. Up in the mountain there are fields of grass, whose blades are only stirred by the wind and rain and our occacional footsteps. When you get up very early in the morning when the dew it dripping from the leaves and the birds are still asleep there is a quietness there that is impossible to describe. And you look out over the valley below and see the river running into the dark that still looms there down below. It is a true sight to behold.'' There are several landmarks in Maidens Rest. Such as what is said already, but there is also a statue of an unknown person that is watching the valley. Up hill, where the forest starts, there stands a sacred tree. Unlike the pines around it, it is an oak that stretches high into the sky. Around the stem the traditional blessings hang on a rope to show that the tree is sacred.

Name: Tohiko's Hills.
Location: Near the border of the Fire and River country.
Appearance :
Many hills surround the area. The village is built upon a hill and has a big forest covering it at the western side. There are still some signs of agriculture on the south of the current ruins of the village. It likely had housed around hundred people before its destruction. Old ruins of homes and several buildings are still marking the spot of the village.
Description: A small village that served no real political or military value. It was a keypoint for some weary travelars but that was all it served to the 'outside' world. Other than that it was founded by a man, with the name Tohiko. He founded the village with some poor families and was a member of the Cho clan. Nobody important in the clan however. As the hamlet grew into a small village, it started to supply several other big settlements with wheat and other products. Still nothing that made it really worthwile to gain some fame or anything like that. It simply became a loving and peaceful village.
However, during the First Shinobi World War, the village became a scene of a grim fight between Suna and Konohagakure shinobi. During that time, a Cho family lived within the village. In the aftermath of the battle, the Konohagakure nin had beaten back the Sunagakure, but nothing was standing of the village. It was the end of the small hamlet. Some of its ruins are still standing today and some say there is something hidden within them. Something that has a great value.

Name: Cho Clan compound. Location: In Konohagakure. Appearance : Just like any other clan compound. That of the Cho however has on most buildings the drawnings and symbols of butterflies. That is because Cho means butterfly. Also because they value art and decorated the compound with lovely gardens. They keep the gardens in top shape and beauty by hiring members of the Yamanaka clan to attend to their gardens.
Description: The Cho clan compound is one of the newest compound in Konohagakure. Designed and under watch of Aiko Cho-Hon, the compound has been created as more or less a refuge for the scattered Cho clan members. With the compound, the woman had hoped that the clan could form together again as a true united clan. Which happened. Though their numbers aren't great and there are a lot of Cho's in the rural countryside, there are around three hundred Cho clan members already living within the safety of the compound walls. It has a market from where they sale goods and rescources that are hard to find. Such as good quality weapons from their Hyuzu allies and such.

Name:Hall of NightmaresLocation:On the Isle of Barren, an island that is fitting to its name. The island is unclaimed by any nation as nobody wishes to live on the island. The location of the Isle of Barren is just east of the Hotspring country, near the other unclaimed isles. The Hall of Nightmares is actually a dark cave that is present, as an entrance to a what some call a 'tomb'. Appearance :Description:The history of the Hall of Nightmares is one that has been lost for decades. There are some tales that tell about the origin of the place. Of a widow that wept for her lost husband and remained there for eight days before commiting suicide. Only to never being able to leave the place. Another story is about a bitter man, wanting to achieve the power to save what he held dear, but claimed he now had no fear as he couldn't lose anything. when he died in the cave, the Hall was created to show that Fear was something one can't simply get rid off. There are such tales about the place, but what it truly is or who made this dreaded place is unknown. All that is know is that the Hall or Cave is a strange place. People are feeling a presence they can't explain, on the causes them to become nervous. Even the bravest will not be able to walk these halls with any fear. The cave is a simple hall with weird markings on the wall. Those who try to use chakra based actions in this area notices that nothing seems to work. Like they have entered an illusion. Something is a bit strange as those who can 'look' through genjutsu can't look through the what most consider an illusion in this grand, but dark and grim hall. When one enters the hall, they are needed to walk for around ten minutes through a menacing darkness, only vaguely seeing the walls with the weird markings. Once they have reached the large and circular hall that is the place where it all is, they can see a vague pillar of light, shinning down on the middle of the hall. If a person sit down on that spot and close their eyes, they will see and experience their biggest fear. Whether its a scenario, person or such, they will come to face to what they fear the most. And so far, a few only ever claimed to be able to defeat. But they have never revealed what the benefit is...

Name:Suzu Memorial Cemetery Location:The direct center of Kirigakure, formerly where the Suzu compound used to be located. Appearance :Description:Once the location of the Suzu compound, this graveyard remains home to the Suzu clan. It was built to replace the ruins of the mostly destroyed Suzu compound as part of an effort to "honor" the Suzu following their extinction event. Though the initial reason for burying the bodies here in such an honored manner was to make the Fourth Mizukage look more innocent and benevolent, the true reason it was made there was to be used as an example toward the other shinobi. An example of what he was capable of. Hundreds of gravestones now occupy the area, each one with a Suzu name on the stone and the corresponding body beneath it (or what remains of a body). One thing to note is that there is a single unmarked headstone closest to the entrance. It was intended for Rika Suzu, as it was anticipated that she would be hunted down. Though that never happened, nobody took care to remove the blank gravestone. Next to it is the gravestone of her younger brother.

Name:魂回想 岩屋 (Konkaishou Iwaya) - Soul Reflection Cavern Location:Underground cavern in the Land of Snow. Appearance :History:A son of one of the 50 original shinobi, who lost his mother during the war between the shinobi and humans, wanted to be able to speak to her again, and his expertise laid in Genjutsu. But, when he brought the mirrors up in the distant spot, the fight between the Sage and the Ten tails occured. The fight caused the nearby mountains to collapse and trap the poor son, who then begun trying to escape. But, after a while of trying and nearly creating an exit, he gave up on escaping and instead chose to resume the original reason he was there. He did the genjutsu, which was supposed to allow him to see a reflection of his mother from his own memories. But it did more than that. It created an exact replica of her next to him, but he could not touch her. Only speak to her, see her, and smell her scent. Then his mother touched him and brought his soul out of his body, to allow him to reflect on his choices, and asked him if he thought he did good. He told her he was not done with his life, and a moment later he was back in his body and managed to create the exit, which he concealed with a large boulder which is always covered by huge amount of snow, bigger than the average snow amounts in the Land of Snow, but it can only be moved if someone touches a certain spot on the boulder which has a small symbol, barely detectable in all the snow. That man was the Moto clan Ancestor, and that was the first time the Moto clan symbol was used. (Use of the Moto clan ancestor and symbol was approved by Jacob.) It was discovered not long ago by a few shinobi who explored the area to ensure its security, when they noticed the snow that remained as it is on the boulder, and the rest of the snow melted on the sun. After fully discovering the symbol and the cavern, the knowledge of it begun to slowly spread out. Description:It is located on the most south-eastern Island, being a part of the Snow Country. To enter or leave the place, the person needs to find the small Moto symbol which is barely visible in the snow, and from the inside, they need to touch the black moto symbol on the other side of the boulder. Inside the cavern there are 2 mirrors, which have been covered by ice due to the freezing area they are in, but their reflection can still be see as clear as daylight. It it said that looking at the reflection will allow a person to see who they respect the most, no matter if they are dead or alive, and that the reflection would come out of the mirror and converse with the person. It is also said the respected person's 'reflection' can take a person's "soul" out of his body for a few moments and allow him to view himself, and even past choices by seeing different memories. Afterwards it is said that all of the things that all goes back to being normal, as if nothing happened and it was all a genjutsu, to allow a person to learn a bit more about himself.

Name:Yuukan Isle Yuukan (幽閑) (quiet and secluded)Location:In the Hanguri Gulf, just of the coast of the Land of Fire Appearance :A simple small island with one village and one port. The village is located on the north east side of the island. Further down south the rocks get higher. The highest rock formations can be found in the south west and are called the Seagull rocks because of the fact that seagulls have made their nests there. Some images: Description:Yuukan Isla doesn’t have a fancy history. Nothing of note ever happened and none of the people have ever made it into the history books. Visitors hardly pass by and if they do they either leave within a month or stay for life it seems. The villagers seem content with the life they have. Some young people leave the island, but there is no record of their actions anywhere so the only assumption one can make is that they found happiness elsewhere or died . There is only one legend floating around about this Isle. Long ago, it is said, two lovers met on those cliffs. Their families did not approve of their love for each other and the rock formation was the perfect place they to run to to be alone and undisturbed. One day the wind on the cliffs was particularly strong and the seagulls were flying about. The lovers were fighting on top of the cliff when the girl stumbled and fell, being pushed away by the guy. She tumbled off the cliff into the cloud of seagulls. Her body was never found. Now people say that those seagulls speak with the voices of the ones you love dearly and if you visit the cliffs they might talk to you.

Name: The Hokage Tomb Location: It is underneath the Hokage mountain. Appearance :
A rather simple entrance. A double door entrance that is often guarded by a team of specialized jounin.
Description: Build in secret on the orders of the Yondaime Hokage, it is a big and rather dark looking hall. It has several sculptures inside that give the real life reflection of the Hokage of the past. Next to the sculpture of the Hokage, there is a pedestal of important events and deeds of the Hokage. The Tomb is open for most. To enter and visit the tomb, one needs to sign a paper and must be guided by two of the current guards in order to visit.
Though this seems as a mere resting place where one can learn a bit about the past leaders of the Leaf, there is more to it. At the end of the long and dim lighted hall, there is a secret passage. Sealed off for any prying eyes or senses that can go through walls and earth, the sealed off room is the meeting place of the Konohagakure Higher ups. Entrance to the place is only granted by those who carry the required items that can temporary break the only entrance.
The room is also kind of large, having several furniture that house information, such as maps and scrolls that can help in meetings. Such as providing maps and details about topics that can be discussed by the higher ups. This isn't however high classified secretive information. There is another place for that, but not within this place.
